Initially, after upgrading to JPLAYFemto I tried (out of curiousity) JPLAY Classic with JRiver 19.0.74. If you have JRiver 20.0.41 or an earlier version, it will work with JPLAY Classic which is included with JPLAYFemto. Marcin's reluctance to engage in discussions about JRiver is well-justified for reasons JazzDoc has explained. If I've offered an opinion that is not helpful Marcin, please delete this post. The relatively minor inconvenience is more than compensated for by the excellent sound quality that JPLAY Femto is capable of delivering. If a new version were to have the ability to catalogue and display a library stored across multiple drives then this would resolve what, for me, is the only significant drawback of JPLAY Femto. I'm aware that Marcin may well be working on a new and improved version of JPLAY for future release. The more enlightened computer audio enthusiast knows that this is not the case. I guess it's a case of if it doesn't measure better, then it can't sound better or if you prefer 'bit perfect is bit perfect and that's the end of it'. IMHO Dave 2010, Marcin is in no way to blame for the fiasco with JRMC and he was treated very badly at the time. I quite understand why you are reluctant to engage in online discussion regarding JRMC. Your reply of 'JRiver is not supported' seems brusque and unhelpful, which is not like you at all. Hope you don't mind me sharing my perception Marcin. I prefer to have good sound quality over a good interface so now I use JPLAY Femto alone. It was a shame as I had always liked the JRMC library interface and I still do. The last version of Media Center to work with JPLAY was 20.00.41. I managed to get myself banned! JRiver blocked the use of JPLAY with their Media Center software. If one dared to express an opinion contrary to JRiver one, then it was likely to result in a ban from the JRiver Forum. There was some heated debated on the JRiver Forum about this. The JRiver Media Center software detected when JPLAY was installed and displayed a web based message informing the user that JPLAY was a hoax. To my ears, this sounded much better than using the JRMC audio output. One simply had to select JPLAY as the audio output from JRMC. I used to use JRiver Media Center with JPLAY.
